Zydeco and East Coast Swing dances give you many options on the dance floor

Session 1: Intermediate Zydeco Dance Lesson 🕒 Time: 3 – 4PM

After a quick review of the basics, we will focus on easy intermediate Zydeco moves. We’ll cover Floating Slides, Walk Thru’s, Alternating Opens, Inside Turns, and several others. These moves are easy to learn and lead on the dance floor.

Session 2: Basics of East Coast Swing 🕓 Time: 4 – 5PM

Let’s dive into the Basics of East Coast Swing in this lively session!  This six-count dance is not only easy but also incredibly fun, suitable for various music styles like Zydeco, Rock-n-Roll, and Country.  Learn the fundamental footwork pattern, Inside turns, Outside turns, behind-the-back moves, cross-body leads, and tuck turns.
